Andover Woods Apartments ::
EIT evaluated 28 timber and railroad tie retaining walls for current
stability and potential future repairs or replacement. That evaluation
identified 3 retaining walls that required immediate replacement for
which EIT provide the structural design and the associated civil engineering
site drainage improvement design.
Each of the three walls were repaired
utuilizing slightly different techniques; to minimize the construction
cost and provide the needed stability, while not interrupting normal
residential life at the apartment complex. EIT monitored construction
quality and managed the construction contract for the owner. |
