Mount Holly Capital Improvement Program ::
EIT guided a committee of city department directors, planning commission
and city council members in the formulation of a wish list of capital
improvement projects for the City of Mount Holly and then lead them
through a needs ranking and cost estimating process that prioritized
all the projects.
This provided the council with guidance on planning
and prioritizing future capital expenditures. |
