Air Park West Wall Failure ::
A 6 to 28 foot tall SRW constructed over soft alluvial soils failed
in overall/global stability mode over about half of its 400 foot length.
EIT provided the forensic failure analysis services and repair options
for the site developer. The repair plans had to maintain operations
of and access to the loading dock area of this manufacturing facility,
which included temporary stabilization measures while wetlands permits
were obtained. |
